Job Description

• Daily Manpower planning for production in Assembly as well as SMT and advance preparation manpower planning for day & next month as per PPC production plan.
• Check Operation & Fine tuning of Panasonic Chip Mounter machine and Paste printer machine & SPI machine.
• Basic knowledge of operation and Programing of AOI, Laser marking machine.
• Check and verify Re-flow oven profile.
• Organizing Induction Program for New Line-Operator Joining (Educating about the Company's Product & technical.
• Given basic technical training to all new operator regarding assembly mobiles & Accessories also (6S,3R, ESD, Keep basic, SOP, Kaizen, SMT machine).
• Handling Customers Audit like Sustainability as well as ISO Audit Documentation for QMS & EMS both.
• Schedule courses and monitored performance of all trainees.
• Improvement of the quality with the help of 6S, T5S, Visual management & Kaizen activity.
• Category wise manpower management and their deployment in all department.
• Maintain availability of manpower in all department as per required requirement.
• Multiskilling of All point soldering manpower in to Pad soldering.
• Smart phone critical stages training plan and maintain Pool
• Smart watch and Neck Band critical stage identification and training Plan for smooth operation.
• Train manpower & MSA certification for Soldering and maintain backup soldering pool as per required month production plan.
• Prepare & maintain question bank & exam paper for the assessment of student trainees.
• Prepare PPT and excel files as required for process.
