Position Title: Executive- IT Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore ( Kalyan Nagar)

Experience: 2 - 3.5 years

Role Overview:
We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day technical assistance to internal users and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems within the company. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and play a key role in maintaining high system uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations.
• Install and configure operating systems, antivirus, and business applications.
• Monitor network performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide remote and on-site support to internal teams.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 25 years of IT support experience, preferably in a software or tech-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are a plus.
