Branch Receivable Officer @ Equitas Small Finance

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Receivable Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch receivables function.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Analyze financial data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and activities.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
