Role & responsibilities:
The Vertical Discovery & Demand Manager will lead Get My Parking first-touch engagement with prospects across North America qualifying leads, uncovering needs through discovery, and ensuring were part of the conversation, early, when decisions are being shaped and made.
This role exists to close the gap between awareness, accessand consideration. The VDDM will work in close collaboration with a third-party appointment-setting firm, which identifies prospects, provides curated contact data, SDR support, and outbound execution.
Your job is to turn that accelerated access and those conversations into high-value pipeline opportunities and insights owning discovery calls, evaluating fit, and distributing opportunities worth advancing. Youll serve as a solution-selling expert, delivering white labeled product demonstrations and articulating how GMPs platform solves real challenges across verticals. Youll be deeply familiar with our full suite of solutions and know how to align them with prospect needs in a way that builds trust and momentum.
You'll ensure precise handoffs to our Sales and Channel teams and help us compete where it counts by getting in the room first, with the right message and strategic alignment. Youll also represent GMP at key industry events, building relationships that create relevance and
accelerate deal flow.
This isn't a junior BDR role its a strategic position focused on expanding access, qualifying with intent, improving conversion rates, and helping GMP accelerate and win more of the right deals across many diverse verticals. At the end of the day, we cant win deals were not aware of or invited into and this role ensures were in the room when it matters most.
All-Bound Strategy Execution
You'll collaborate closely with our appointment-setting partner and the Marketing team to engage every inbound and outbound lead. Your outreach will be sequenced, targeted, and informed by engagement data ensuring each opportunity is either actively qualified or properly documented for re-engagement.
Pipeline Precision & Opportunity Vetting
Youll lead with qualitynot quantity. By qualifying the strongest MQLs, youll ensure only the most
viable, high-fit prospects reach the Sales and Channel teams. Your focus: separating signal from noise and elevating deals that align with our platform strengths and vertical priorities.
Vertical Intelligence & Platform Fit
From municipalities and universities to CRE, healthcare, hospitality, and moreyoull learn the language and challenges of each vertical. Youll map stakeholder needs to real-world solution paths, positioning GMP as a clear answer to operational pain points.
