Purpose of the Job:

• Understand HR policies & processes
• Respond to employee queries promptly and effectively.
• Support in Business partnering
• Support in Talent acquisition and Employee life cycle management

KPIs

• Resolve queries via telephone, email, query module on HRIS
• Train employees on HR policies and processes
• Train employees on core HRIS applications
• End to end talent acquisition for the assigned positions
• Effective use of source mix
• Taking care of on-boarding and employee experience
• Maintaining MIS and data mining
