Dear Candidate,

Seeking a Performance Engineer to monitor, analyze, and improve software and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance profiling and benchmarking.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Implement load, stress, and endurance tests.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
• Proficient in system metrics and tracing tools.
• Deep understanding of concurrency and memory management.
  

Soft Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
