Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive/Senior Executive (Micro) at Ind-Swift Laboratories Ltd. located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. Day-to-day tasks include conducting microbial analyses, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining laboratory records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure product safety and quality. Qualifications Experience in microbial analysis and aseptic techniques Strong knowledge of quality control and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry Proficiency in laboratory record keeping and documentation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience with regulatory audits and inspections is a plus,
