Job Title: Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Lead - HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Marathahalli, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 7 years of experience in core HRBP roles, demonstrating a strong ability to align people strategies with business objectives, drive employee engagement, and partner with leadership to build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  
• Drive talent management initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  
• Support and coach managers on employee relations, team dynamics, and leadership development.
  
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Compensation teams to support end-to-end employee lifecycle.
  
• Lead and manage change initiatives and support organizational development efforts.
  
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies across functions.
  
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, practices, and local labor laws.
  

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner.
  
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of HR functions such as talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  
• Experience in managing mid to large employee populations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
