Job Description
- At least 10+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis and working through the SDLC
- Knowledge/Work Experience of All Loan portfolios, Loan Digital on boarding, Collections NPA, CERSAI and statutory functionalities
- Excellent verbal written communication skills (English, Hindi and Telugu/Tamil)
- Good at writing functional specifications
- Ability to produce excellent work under multiple, tight deadlines
- Quick learner with good analytical skills
- Advantage to have the functional knowledge of NIDHI, FPC, PPC and MAC Society activities
- Having experience on Axure, XD or any prototype designing tools
- Knowledge on BFSI latest trends
- Articulate the user requirements into functional documents
- Translate business requirements into IT application impacts and business functions impacts
- Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, End-to-end, whether new solutions are feasible
- Experience in creating prototypes and framing business scenarios for better analysis
- Liaise with user group for requirement closure and sign off
- Liaise with development team for providing download on the requirement
- Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently
- Prioritizes and execute multiple tasks effectively
- Resource should be aware of End-to-end Business Analysis Process SDLC, and should be very process oriented
- Understand expectations that were set with client and recognizes when issues/events may affect delivery
