Location: Thane (kolshit Road)

Designation; Club Manager

Gender-Male

Experience -Min 3yrs Exp in corporate

working days -6 days /week off-mon-fri (Any 1 DAY)

Salary-Depend upon Experience

Responsibilities:

• Facility Management: MaintainingaG the club's facilities in top condition, including recreation areas, amenities, and equipment.
• Staff Management: Hiring training, and supervising club staff, including those responsible for the dining area, banquet halls, sports facilities, and front office.
• Event Management: Planning and coordinating social events, parties, and other gatherings for residents.
• Resident Services: Addressing resident queries, providing information about facilities, and ensuring a positive experience for all residents.
• Booking and Scheduling: Managing bookings for club facilities, including banquet halls, sports areas, and recreational facilities.
• Budget Management: Developing and managing the club's operating budget, ensuring revenue goals are met.
• Vendor Management:Overseeing vendors for services like fitness instructors, spa and salon operators, and caf operators.
• Compliance and Safety:Ensuring adherence to club guidelines, operating procedures, and safety regulations.
• Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Communication:Maintaining clear and consistent communication with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Quality Assurance:Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
• Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by residents in a timely manner.
