Job Description

We are seeking a result driven, enthusiastic & ambitious Business Specialist Executive to join our founder-led sales team.Responsibilities:
- Closing on quarterly lead targets.
- Account management of existing customers for upselling
- Writing call scripts & making cold calls.
- Writing email pitches & running cold email campaigns.
- Finding & curating ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) for new offerings.
- Creating lead list from multiple sources.
- Generating Sales Qualified Leads on periodic basis & Qualifying Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Pitching and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
- Maintaining CRM & keeping track of deals, closure, contacts etc.Required Skills:
- Understanding of IT Sales & Services.
- Understanding of different engagement models & price points.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Advanced emailing skills / writing formal email pitches.
- Should have cold calling experience.
- Creating sales pitches for services.
- Understanding of IT sales, value propositions, pitching in different ways.
- Should be able to use MS Office, CRM, Sales intelligence tools.
