Position: Sales Manager Aerospace and Defense


Work Location: Bangalore


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and expand our market presence in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry. This role involves building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading the development of innovative solutions to meet client needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Building and nurturing strong client relationships, particularly in the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector and the broader EMS industry.
    • Tailoring solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work with internal teams to ensure that product and service delivery meets client expectations and timelines.
  • Client Satisfaction:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or issues to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Reporting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to keep clients informed and support business growth.
  • Contract Negotiation:
    • Negotiating contracts to balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and Growth:
    • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining a proactive approach to expand revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the EMS manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Candidates with around 8 years of experience in the EMS industry can be preferred
