BO / Power BI Developer @ Callaway Digital

Job Description

Callaway Digital Technologies is looking for BO / Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

• A BI (Business Intelligence) Developer is a professional who designs and develops data analytics and reporting solutions to help organizations make data-driven decisions

Job Duties:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, such as data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes
• Building ETL (extract, transform, load) processes to integrate data from various sources into a centralized data repository
• Creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide insights and actionable intelligence to stakeholders
• Designing and implementing data models and schema, using tools such as ER/Studio, ERwin or VisioEnsuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Conducting data analysis and providing recommendations to improve data quality, data management processes and data governance
• Identifying opportunities to optimize BI solutions and processes to improve performance, scalability and maintainability

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
• Proficiency in database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQLStrong SQL skills, with the ability to write complex queries and stored procedures
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java or C#
• Experience in designing and developing data models and schema using data modeling tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
