Role & responsibilities

• Minimum two year experience in AutoCAD
• Good knowledge of Architectural Drawings as Building byelaws
• Experience in Developing building plans
• Through Understanding of Develop Control Rules / National Building codes.
• Good knowledge of Architectural Drawings as Building byelaws
• Experience in Developing building plans
• Submission drawings and working drawings .
• Facilitation Techniques for Requirements Development
• How to Gather and Document User Requirements
• Logical Data Modeling
• Process Modeling Management
• Testing Techniques for Tracing and Validating Requirements
• Use Case Modeling
• Requirements negotiation skills
• Representation the requirements and convincing skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills
• Documentation Skill
• Awareness / working on Microsoft based applications will be added advantage.

SOFT SKILLS:

• Managing relationship with client officials
• Patience and understanding

Job Responsibilities:

• AutoDCR support /customer support
• PreDCR /AutoDCR installation and working
• Rule interpretation and its application
• Product demo and training
• Travel to client location
• Preparation of help manual and FAQ
• Product video and use of Helpdesk tools
• PreDCR drawing conversion
