We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Travel Agency Manager to lead our travel business operations in Bangalore. This role is essential in driving business growth through effective agent management, recruitment, and engagement. You will be responsible for boosting agency productivity, meeting business objectives, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead and drive agency recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team of travel agents.
- Engage and activate agents to maximize their productivity and performance.
- Define and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance and engagement metrics, and implement improvement initiatives.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to travel agents to enhance their professional skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and positive customer experiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to refine strategies.
- Maintain and promote a customer-centric approach in all operational aspects.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the travel or insurance industry, preferably with team leadership responsibilities.
- Familiarity with travel management software and tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership qualities with a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a team-driven, target-oriented environment.
