We are looking for a Network Engineer L3 with the below skillsets.
Years of Experience: 8 to 14 Years
Work Mode : Work from Office, Sholinganallur, Chennai
Work Shift: 5PM to 2AM

Role & responsibilities
Network Management (Data Infrastructure)
Monitor network availability, performance, and capacity utilization.
Conduct configuration management and maintain domain registrar administration (GoDaddy, etc.).
Perform proactive health checks and performance tuning.
Manage DNS/DHCP, IP Address Management (IPAM), VLAN segmentation, and firewall policies.
Administer Microsoft Azure networking and VPN client deployments.
Manage Load Balancers, Firewalls, and IOS upgrades/patching.
Support vulnerability management and remediation.
Assist in license management, procurement, and hardware deployment.
Oversee log management, network security monitoring, and compliance adherence.
Maintain resilient network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Internet circuits) and coordinate with third-party vendors.
Telephony & Voice Communication (Network Telecom)
Troubleshoot and resolve end-user and site-wide telephony issues.
Coordinate with telecom providers to resolve service disruptions and outages.
Manage call routing and configuration, ensuring efficient communication flows.
Monitor system uptime, service availability, and telecom provider SLA compliance.
Set up performance alerts and conduct regular log reviews to detect anomalies.
Administer user/device management (user accounts, extensions, voicemail).
Manage VoIP and Softphone clients (IP Telephones, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Apply security policies to protect the telephony system from cyber threats.
Ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA) for call recording, logging, and emergency calling (E911).
Service Management & Vendor Coordination
Respond to incidents & service requests related to network and telecom infrastructure.
Participate in CAB calls and implement approved change requests.
Maintain and update the Knowledge Error Database (KEDB).
Generate SLA metrics, trend analysis, and compliance reports.
Conduct audits & BCDR exercises to ensure system reliability.
