Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the seamless onboarding of new clients, ensuring a positive experience and setting the stage for long-term partnerships.


Role & responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process.
  • Understand client requirements and configure the AuthBridge platform accordingly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, and Operations) to ensure timely and smooth onboarding.
  • Conduct onboarding calls and product walkthroughs for new clients.
  • Ensure documentation and agreements are complete and up to date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding-related issues efficiently.
  • Train clients on platform usage and best practices
  • Track and report onboarding KPIs and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams to improve client experience.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 58 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or B2B products is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Team Handling experience is required.
