Job Description
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues.
- Implement effective agile project management methodologies to optimize efficiency.
- Lead and motivate crossfunctional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure project deliverables align with their needs.
- Manage client expectations and address any concerns or questions.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure projects meet the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and review processes to identify and resolve defects.
- Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project stakeholder management and sign-offs.
- Mentor and grow the Delivery team capabilities.
- Set individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal- in order to maximize subordinate and department performance.
- 15+ years of experience.

- A passion for QA and an understanding that testing is not someone else s responsibility.
