We are looking for: THE PRE-SALES LEAD


As Klypups Presales Architect, you will be responsible for working together with our account teams to qualify and scope requirements, design and architect solutions and take the lead for the delivery of Klypup projects. You will have close communication with strategic partners internally and externally. Furthermore, you will showcase Klypup services, position our organization effectively, and serve as the project lead interface between the customer and our teams. You are responsible for leading a collaborative solution design process. You are accountable for providing deal scope, solution/approach, accurate cost estimates, pre-staffing plans, financial costs, risks and contingency / risk reserve requirements and budgetary estimations


This role will build and oversee pre sales strategy across all Klypup markets, India, Singapore and UAE.


Overall responsibility:


Provide Design and Architectural solutions on cloud infrastructure and DevOps technologies while providing technology decision making and proposing the best solution to the client for the service capabilities/solutions we offer.

  • Work with the Sales and GTM team to create winning proposals and solutions.  
  • Will be expected to demonstrate business value and best practices with Klypup clients.
  • Lead customer facing presentations and solution envisioning.
  • Lead all negotiations and clarification sessions.
  • Work closely with our ISV partner, internal sales team, client to engage deeply in consulting  
  • Design and present customer and/or partner-specific solutions, as well as standard services made available from globally distributed delivery teams
  • Pre-sales support for sales teams including positioning of cloud solutions, pre-sales qualification, and opportunity identification
  • Act as a trusted advisor for our partners and customers regarding multi-cloud solutions architecture and delivery, with a focus on AWS
  • Lead and QA project delivery and cloud assessments ensuring that customer satisfaction and communication are maintained, and project milestones are met
  • Assess and develop cloud economics and migration plans tailored to customer requirements
  • Use AWS offerings to design optimized cloud solutions and meet organizational needs, emphasizing on scalability, security and cost efficiency 
  • Create design documents, BOMs, RFI/RFP, Business Case, TCO, test plans, and training materials for professional service delivery based on agreed Statements of Work. 
  • Develop and execute cloud migration strategies to ensure minimal operational disruption and downtime 
  • Enhance code update efficiency by re-engineering IT Infrastructures with microservices
  • Perform metrics-driven analysis to identify optimization opportunities and cost savings in IT operations
  • Trusted Advisor: Adept at building trust with your customer through strategic

thought, exceptional execution, and technical depth and expertise.

  • Demonstrated skills and actual examples of working with Sales and Technology
  • Coordinate with the Leadership Team and Professional Services team to collaborate and close deals wherever necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of CSAT amongst the members of klypup sales team.
  • Ensure high standards and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Proactive monitoring of customer activity, spotting retention risks and building mitigation plans

Required Qualifications:


  • 8+ years enterprise technology sales, consulting, or delivery management experience
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale projects.
  • Excellent story telling skills. 
  • Experience with Gen AI code transformations and coding assistants like Amazon Q Developer, AWS Transform, Cursor, Co-Pilot etc.

Certifications:

Must Have

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Associate
  • AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
  • TOGAF
  • Masters or MBA is a plus.

Good to have:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
  • AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Associate

Job Location:

  • Noida / Delhi (IN)

Travel:

  • 30 to 40 % of the time between all Klypup markets, Singapore, across India & UAE
