Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present tailored solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and technical needs.

  • Provide technical demonstrations of products and solutions to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to create effective pre-sales strategies.

  • Drive solution design efforts to meet customer specifications.

  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

  • Create detailed documentation for proposals and technical specifications.

  • Monitor industry trends to inform solution development and proposals.

  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist in the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.

  • Coordinate with project management teams to ensure successful implementation.

  • Evaluate and understand competitive offerings in the marketplace.

  • Provide feedback to product teams for enhancements based on client interactions.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations at industry conferences and workshops.

  • Support pre -sales activities to ensure seamless transitions and implementations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or consulting role.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

  • Experience with client engagement and relationship management.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner.

  • Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Previous experience in IT services or solutions industry is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

  • Certification in Microsoft technologies is a plus.
