Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
Handle in-house recruitment across multiple departments
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for selection
Maintain recruitment reports and documentation

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
