- This role is for one of Weekday's clients Min Experience: 6 years Location: NCR JobType: full-time Requirements About the role We are looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer with the skills to build a rocket ship to the moon (just kidding, but you get the idea!). As a member of our team, you will work in a startup culture where innovation is key and creativity is encouraged. You'll use your expertise to design and build complex applications using Ruby on Rails, Postgres, MongoDB and Python. Responsibilities: Create jaw-dropping features for our web application using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB Ensure high-quality code through code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) because nothing but the best will do Collaborate with other developers, product owners, and designers to create a user experience that will leave our competition in the dust Contribute to the architecture and design of the application to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance because we plan on ruling the world someday Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality code across the team Manage a team of developers, assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery Requirements: Experience with Ruby on Rails, Postgres, and MongoDB Proficient in design and architecture because our code is a work of art Strong experience with CI/CD Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment because we need people who can think on their feet If you think you have what it takes to join our team of rockstars, send us your updated resume and portfolio.
