We are looking for a skilled Product Manager with a strong background in GTM tools and a proven track record in product management. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant role within Salesforce. While this is not a Salesforce-specific role, experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive the product roadmap for GTM tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Engineering, to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements and user stories.
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact features.
Optimize workflows and integrations between GTM tools, including CRM, analytics, automation, and sales enablement platforms.
Leverage data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements and measure the impact of product initiatives.
Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities and best practices, ensuring seamless integration and process efficiency.
Develop a strong understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools to enhance GTM workflows and team efficiency.
Skills and Experience
4-6 years of overall work experience, with at least 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in Salesforce.
Strong understanding of GTM strategies and the technology stack supporting sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related modules) is required.
Proven ability to define, execute, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile product development environments.
Familiarity with sales enablement, automation tools, and RevOps technologies is a plus.
Good understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools.
