Job Description
We are Hiring for Product Change Analyst.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing)
- Years of experience: Minimum 6-years of relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities:
CO Authoring:
- Creation recommendation of cut in strategies for change orders.
- Identification and resolution of issues w.r.t COs in collaboration with cross functional teams.
POA:
- Maintain Product BoMs and Architecture for effective materials procurement.
- Provide immediate response and timely resolution to Product Options Architecture related production issues encountered during the build process.
OB management:
- PN obsolescence w.r.t EOL PR's and POA additions/deletions.
- Evaluate Inventory details for OB parts and SPARES deliveries for FRU parts.
Mandatory skills and experience required to perform the job:
- Proficiency in Release & Change Management processes and Product life cycle management.
- Proficiency in BoM creation, BoM management using any PLM software preferably Teamcenter.
- Shall have experience in handling complex BoMs with greater than 10,000 components
- Proficiency in any PLM systems like SAP PLM, Windchill, Enovia, Oracle PLM etc.
- Proficient in reading & understanding Mechanical Drawings & Specifications, Electrical interconnects & schematics, Procedures etc.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) and presentation skills
- Interact with Supply chain, Product Management and Engineering to support technical and commercial assessment.
Desirable Skill:
- Knowledge on 3D Modelling, Assembly and Detailing using NX or any CAD software
- Exposure to DFX
- Knowledge on Semiconductor equipment and its Sub Systems
