Job Role:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Company Secretary (CS) Fresher/ Experienced to join our Corporate Law & Compliance team within a reputed CA firm. The role offers hands-on exposure to Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory compliances.

 
Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS) fresher/ experienced
• Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Regulations, and Corporate Governance principles.
• Good communication and drafting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ROC/SEBI online filing portals.
