Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive US/UK Hiring

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 12 years of hands-on experience in sourcing and recruiting for the US and/or UK markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in the US/UK geographies.
  • Source qualified candidates using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, Indeed), social media, referrals, and ATS systems.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assess candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Keep abreast of hiring trends and compliance guidelines for international recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in recruiting for US and/or UK markets.
  • Familiarity with time zone management and international hiring practices.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in UK/US time zones as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to IT and non-IT hiring across multiple levels.
  • Experience in working with staffing/recruitment agencies or corporate TA teams.
  • Understanding of visa types (H1B, TN, etc.) for US hiring (optional but a plus).
