Responsibilities:- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) for LAP ducts.- Drive sales and achieve targets for Loan Against perty (LAP) ducts, up to - 3 Crore.
- Train and motivate DSAs to effectively mote and sell LAP ducts.- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and key stakeholders.- Monitor DSA performance and vide regular feedback and support.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.- Manage the end-to-end sales cess, from lead generation to loan disbursement.- Resolve DSA and customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.- Implement sales strategies to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales roles within the Banking or NBFC sector.- ven track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in loan ducts.- Strong understanding of Loan Against perty (LAP) ducts and cesses.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong relationship management and networking abilities.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- ficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems
