ROLE: Technical Recruiter - Lead

Location: Bangalore

Mode: 5days-WFO


  We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter - Lead/Infrastructure (Infra) Hiring Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent within the infrastructure domain, including roles in IT infrastructure, network administration, cloud computing, data centers, and other critical infrastructure areas. This role requires an understanding of technical requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.  

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Technical roles.
  2. Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs in the infrastructure domain.
  3. Job Advertising & Market Research: Conduct market research to understand competitive salaries, industry trends, and availability of talent in the infrastructure space. Post job openings on relevant platforms and track performance to optimize the recruitment process.
  4. Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and expectations. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market trends, and candidate feedback to leadership teams.
  5. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, respectful, and transparent experience for all candidates, from the initial contact through the offer stage.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in infrastructure technology and recruitment practices. Work closely with HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in recruiting for  Technical roles (e.g., Java developer, python developer, .net developer etc ).
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies and roles, such as cloud computing, network administration, servers, and storage solutions.
  • Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for building high-performing teams.
