Role: DesktopSupport Engineer
Experience: 1 - 3 years
Location: Mumbai
A sneak peekinto the role:
We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Desktop Support Engineer(Night Shift) to provide end-user support for Windows and macOS devices, resolve basic networking issues, and ensure smooth IT operations duringoff-business hours.
Here's whatyou will get to explore:
Provide first-level support for Windows and MacBook systems, including OSissues, software installations, and patch updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral, and application issuesreported by users.
Perform routine checks, system health monitoring, and overnight softwarerollouts or updates.
Support VPN access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and LAN troubleshooting.
Handle account-related support (password resets, profile issues, etc.) viaActive Directory or MDM platforms.
Document incidents, solutions, and escalate complex issues to senior IT staffas needed.
Maintain and update asset inventory, and coordinate with day-shift teams forfollow-ups.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and SOPs during all supportoperations.
Coordinate with global teams or external vendors for remote troubleshootingif required.
