Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our E-commerce team as a Customer Service Agent. You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing order-related issues, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve order-related issues such as returns, refunds, tracking, and cancellations
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for timely resolution
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Familiarity with order management systems, CRMs, or ticketing tools
  • Ability to handle irate customers and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Problem-solving attitude and team player
  • Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.
