Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.
- Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, providing feedback, and updating recruiters on status updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
