Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Data Analyst Function/ Department: Data & Analytics Place of Work: Mumbai Job Purpose As a digital Data Analyst the individual will work closely with cross functional product development teams, their product owners & the hosting organization. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create amazing digital products (mobile & web). You will focus on creating business value, amazing user experience & exceptional product quality Job & Responsibilities Work with Agile team, delivering Digital Products Understand the different touch points in the customers digital journey, analyze different stages of drop-off, drop off reasons and recommend strategies to improve journey completion Leverage analytics suite (Adobe/Clever Tap) to understand how customers interact Digitally Conduct A/B tests to identify the impact of a new product/ feature on Website/App Traffic. Analyze traffic sources at a channel/campaign level & identify opportunities at campaign/channel level to improve conversion metrics like Reach, form completes etc. Regular journey analysis to provide recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Conduct impact analysis of UI/UX changes and accordingly recommend digital strategies to product development teams Establish business through digital journeys of different products hosted on the Web/App Work on improving engagement and traffic on the App/Web Analyze reasons for App Uninstalls, customer churns etc. Education Qualification Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA Experience Range : 2-5 years of relevant experience,
