Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise a team of cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen staff to achieve high-quality results.
- Develop menus, recipes, and pricing strategies in collaboration with senior management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to meet health and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-5 years' experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Diploma from a recognized institution (e.g., IHM).
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine with ability to create innovative dishes using local ingredients.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service.
