Key Job Purpose:Field sales job involving meeting and onboarding Booking offices.

Key Tasks/ResponsibilitiesNew acquisition: Convince Booking Offices to associate with Blackbuck Freight BrokerageIndent procurement: Influence newly KYCed booking offices to give indents for vehicle placementOnboarding: Coordinating with Traffic team to ensure initial truck placement for newly KYCed Booking officesHandover: Handover of newly onboarded BOs to Traffic team for further business operationsCross functional coordination with Demand team to get Booking office leads and to give them Broker leads

Performance MetricsNew BO KYCIndent ProcurementInitial Truck placement for successful onboarding

Job Incumbent RequirementsWork Experience

Minimum: 1 Year Maximum: 3 Years
Specifications: People coming in from sales background from traditional transport/logistics organisations are preferred. Candidates should have good strong sales and marketing skills.Foundational Competencies (Mandatory)1. Individual Excellence: Delivery Excellence/ Drive/Adaptability/Ownership/OpennessFunctional Competencies (Mandatory)1. Relationship Building - Ability to build good working relationship with Booking offices
2. Influencing Skill - Ability to convince Booking offices to choose BlackBuck as a preferred partner for freight
3. Cross functional coordination: Ability to work with multiple teams (demand and Traffic) to get job done
4. Communication Skill - verbal and written skills to be able to effectively communicate with the Booking offices and Traffic team
