Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site execution and coordination for premium residential projects
• Manage contractors, vendors, and site labor
• Track project timelines, materials, and budgets
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with drawings and safety standards
• Coordinate with design and client teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Prepare site reports, BOQs, and billing documentation
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• 27 years of experience in residential project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction workflows, materials, and RCC detailing
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and AutoCAD
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
