Business Development Execuve
Locaon: Hyderabad
Job Descripon:
1. Market Research:
Conduct market research to idenfy potenal clients and industry trends.
Analyse competor acvies and market dynamics to posion our services
eecvely.
2. Lead Generaon:
Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling,
networking events, and digital plaorms.
Collaborate with markeng teams to develop targeted campaigns and promoonal
acvies.
3. Client Engagement:
Build and nurture relaonships with biomedical companies including, but not limited
to pharmaceucal, biotech, and medical device companies.
Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to tailor soluons that
meet client objecves.
4. Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentaons to potenal clients.
Work closely with scienc and operaonal teams to ensure accurate and
compeve proposals.
5. Contract Negoaon:
Negoate contracts and pricing structures to achieve mutually benecial
agreements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulaons.
6. Sales Forecasng and Reporng:
Maintain accurate records of sales acvies and client interacons.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business
development acvies.
7. Collaboraon with Internal Teams:
Work closely with scienc, operaonal, and project management teams to ensure
seamless project delivery.
Provide feedback from clients to internal teams for connuous improvement.
8. Ad hoc Operaonal acvies as assigned.
