Job Description

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture positive relationships with assigned clients, acting as a point of contact and building trust and rapport
• Account Support: Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and effectively
• Client Communication: Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with products or services
• Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet their specific needs
• Problem Resolution: Work closely with internal teams to address client concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Order Processing: Process client orders, manage product or service requests, and ensure accurate and on-time delivery
