Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional service to existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Match customers' needs with the most suitable price plans and promotions.
  • Promote our products and company on every call.
  • Utilize retention, upsell, and cross-sell techniques for customers requesting cancellation.
  • Efficiently navigate order entry systems.
  • Handle calls professionally, meeting company, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Accurately document interaction details.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (Quality, Efficiency, Attendance, Conversion, and Close Rate).
  • Stay informed about corporate initiatives, market changes, and process updates.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent; College or University Education is a plus.
  • Sales experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right people.
  • Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Punctual and dedicated.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask (Talk & Type, Listen & Problem Solve).
  • Passion to succeed and a positive attitude.
  • Competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work between 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM (Monday-Friday) and 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Saturday.
  • Willingness to work US shifts.
