We are seeking a dynamic andpassionate ML Ops Engineer to join our AI Research and Development team.Our AI Research team focuses on solving unique challenges while pushing theboundaries of AI research and innovation, turning these advancements intoreal-world impact for our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strongfoundation in machine learning concepts and have experience in creating,validating and deploying models into the cloud for scalable inference. This roledemands a deep understanding of ML model creation and deployment workflows,standard algorithms, and cloud technologies.

In this role, you will:
- ConductModel Development:Develop, optimize, and validate ML models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Kerasor PyTorch.
- PerformValidation and fine-tuning:Validate and optimize models to meet necessary accuracy and efficiencyrequirements.
- ChampionCloud Deployment:Design and deploy ML solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP,ensuring efficiency and scalability. Experience in using MLFlow/Mosaic, SageMaker,ModelBuilder, ModelRegistry etc. will be crucial.
- ManageML Infrastructure:Manage the lifecycle of machine learning models, including training,evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
- LeadAutoML:Create / train / evaluate / deploy models using AutoML frameworks
- Bea DevOps proponent: Set up CI/CD pipelines for ML projects, containerization of inference modules.
- BuildAPIs:Develop REST APIs for model deployment using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask orDjango
- GenerateData Insights:Analyze large-scale data sets to derive actionable insights and guide AI/MLsolution design.
- Contributeto Product Development: Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI/ML components intoinnovative products and services.
- Stayupdated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and contribute to the broaderresearch community.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bacheloru2019sdegree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, DataScience, or a related technical field. Candidates with a Masteru2019s degree or PhDpreferred.
- 7+Years of Information Technology experience.
- 3+years ofexperience with cloud-based ML infrastructure, including modeldeployment, evaluation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
- 5+years ofexperience in software development, working with data structures and algorithms in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, R).
