Job Description
2Continually work to move projects to a successful completion in line with the agreed time-scales, at desired quality and within budget
3Coordinate all project related activities, ensure optimum utilization of resources and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately
4Ensure internal & external stakeholder management through effective communication
5Work towards continual improvement by implementing corrective action plans based on performance analysis, lessons learned, project archives etc
6Represent the project at meetings and in group discussion as requested
7Provide weekly / regular project updates to the Program Management Office
8Adherence to the organizational / operational process, policies & procedures and ensuring that there is zero non conformance
9Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned to you by your manager and /or management form time to time
10Maintain and organize project documentation throughout the Project life-cycle
- Bachelor s Degree in Eng or a related discipline
- 8 plus years relevant PM & Transition management work experience
- Minimum of 12 years IT management experience
- Ideal candidates should be PMP or Agile PMP certified ITIL certified is added advantage
- Experience/deep knowledge of all technologies such as service desk, end user computing (workplace services), data center services, network and security services, Cloud Services ,messaging and collaboration (IPT & Contact Center)
- Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, tracking and reporting experience
- Previous people and Transition management experience required
- Previous contract or outsourcing management experience required
- Previous data center migration/transition experience
