Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal loan products.

Explain loan features, eligibility, and process clearly.

Follow up on leads and convert them into successful applications.

Collect required documents and ensure accurate data entry.

Meet daily/monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality and compliance.
