Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance of Home Loan & LAP products through cross selling and upselling strategies. (HL, LAP, PL, BL)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify new business opportunities by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the organization.
  • Source - Direct marketing
