Job Description

JD for Printer Engineer: -

We are looking to hire a skilled desktop support engineer to assist our clients with computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to work on-site or via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and basic IT-related issues.

Exp- +1 yr or Fresher in IT field.

Np- Immediate.

Salary- As per company budget.

Location- Goa (Panjim)

Notes:

The candidate should be willing to work in the field and handle on-site client support.

Freshers in the IT field are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to client support requests and diagnosing issues.

Contacting clients to understand the nature of their technical problems.

• Traveling to client locations or assisting remotely via remote links.

Troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to computers and printers.

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, including printers and peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Advising clients on necessary software or hardware upgrades.
• Providing basic training to clients on computer operation and management.
• Completing job reports and ordering necessary supplies (e.g., printer consumables)
