Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
- Drive business across Health, Motor, and other LOBs in the Digital Office location.
- Lead and manage agency recruitment, engagement, and activation strategies to meet sales objectives.
- Activate OEM - Private Car and Tractor Dealer partnerships to extend market penetration.
- Collaborate closely with Banca B3 and CSC teams to drive synergies and optimize partner activation.
- Monitor and improve key agency metrics; establish consistent performance practices across the team.
- Achieve top-line revenue goals along with BDE productivity and Earned Loss Ratio (ELR) targets.
- Drive policy renewals to ensure continued customer retention and portfolio growth.
- Deliver timely morning and evening business reports to monitor progress and identify corrective actions.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven experience in CRM tools like Salesforce .
- Sound understanding of digital sales strategies , lead management, and data-driven sales operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Effective team leadership and people management abilities
- Excellent negotiation , communication , and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus
- Adaptability to evolving market and business needs
