C/CX Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design solutions with customer experience (CX) objectives, ensuring a seamless and consistent journey from acquisition to retention. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that reflect design vision, business goals, and user needs. User Research & Testing: Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to gather insights into customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points, iterating design solutions based on findings. Customer Journey Mapping: Create detailed customer journey maps that outline user touchpoints, emotions, and needs throughout the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve experiences. Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure that design elements are consistent, responsive, and adaptable across various devices and platforms, delivering a cohesive experience. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate design solutions within the broader customer experience strategy.
