Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals for various roles in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities across the United States. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants, Therapists, and other allied healthcare staff.
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, databases, and networking to find qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment activities, and manage job postings.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment regulations, credentialing, and licensing requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
- Meet hiring targets and maintain high standards of candidate quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1 - 8 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment, staffing, or a related field.
- Any Degree, Bachelors degree in Human Resources Preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases is a plus.
- Familiarity with US healthcare industry standards, credentialing processes, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Willingness to work in US shift hours (Night Shift).
