Training Support Specialist
Position Summary The Training Support Specialist will design and deliver training programs for Samsung in-house staff and SOLPAR Crew. This role ensures proper knowledge transfer for LTE/NR hardware installation, quality assurance, and operational processes while providing first-level field support. The specialist will work with Circle leadership and NHQ teams to identify skill gaps, develop e-learning modules, and create training manuals to enhance project execution.
