Assist in the data migration and validation process to ensure accurate transfer of clinical and administrative data into TrakCare ACN.
Support training sessions for clinical and administrative staff to facilitate smooth adoption of the new system.
Collaborate with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot issues and escalate critical challenges during the transition.
Document workflow changes, user feedback, and system issues to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Help coordinate communication between different departments involved in the implementation.
Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with clinical and business requirements post-implementation.
