Job Description

Job Title: Backend Support (Non-Technical)


Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Backend Support


Specialist. In this role, you will handle configuration changes across various carrier portals based on requests from clients and internal teams. You will also assist with basic service-related tasks and general customer inquiries. This is a back-office role focused on ensuring devices are properly configured and service issues are resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide phone-based assistance for simple service-related issues and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve common device or service concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Configuration Updates: Perform updates and changes on carrier portals as requested by clients or internal teams.
  • Quality Checks: Ensure that devices and service requests meet internal quality and accuracy standards.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of device setups, service changes, and configuration updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to support daily operations and contribute to continuous process improvements.

  • Familiarity with mobile devices or device setup
  • Experience in backend operations or customer support roles
  • Understanding of basic portals, tools, or ticketing systems
