Job Description
Vee Technologies is looking for Sr.HR Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
- Develop and maintain job descriptions for all positions within the organization
- Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and mediating disputes
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including managing employee performance evaluations and promotions
- Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment, such as labor laws, tax laws, and health and safety regulations
- Manage employee disciplinary processes, including warnings, suspensions, and terminations
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and records, such as employee attendance and performance data
- Work with the management team to identify HR-related issues and develop strategies to address them
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
